About Mix 'n' Match
Mix and Match is a new concept for people who wish to buy and sell properties. I say new, because what we do is exactly the opposite to what some Estate Agents around the world have promised for decades but rarely ever delivered.
We at Mix and Match are contacted on a daily bases by people who for one reason or another would love to sell their property as soon as possible. We Have over the last three years of this recession compiled a list of investors and buyers who have been waiting for mortgage terms to become more favourable or for the market to bottom out or who were genuinely not able to find exactly what they where looking for.
Regardless of the economic climate we know that for anyone looking to sell their property there is someone out there that wants to buy it - and its our job to Mix'n'Match.
THE SELLER
Once we have received a one-off payment of 150 Euro and as much information as possible about your property via our contact page, i.e. written description, photos, dimensions, floor plans, etc...* - we then place this information onto our property sales page for general viewing for an unlimited period, but more importantly we contact those buyers who have expressed an interest in that exacted type and style of property.
Many of the properties in the our gallery/show room will have come directly from the owners and will not feature in agents widows, newspapers, or on other web sites.
THE BUYER
The investor/buyer can reach us via the contact page with their details and as much information concerning what they are looking for.
This information of property wants can be viewed on the page of the same name, without buyers personal details or contact displayed. In the meantime we will actively start to search for the right product for them and keep them up to date about any newly received properties.
THE MATCH
Once we are certain that an investor/buyer has a genuine interest in a property and is at the stage of making an offer and with mutual agreement, we will introduce both parties.
We can further assist by recommending a reputable lawyer in the area of interest for the conveyance and also mortgages and management companies.
